Start Enrollment

Enrollment uses three separate systems. Most families start in Sawyer, continue in Alma Start, and finish tuition setup in FACTS. Little Sprouts families must first confirm availability and complete the pre-admission process with Leaves.

Your enrollment path

Each portal has one clear job. Complete these steps in order so class registration, student records, and tuition are set up correctly.

  1. Confirm fit and costs

    Review the program options, tuition and fees, and terms of enrollment.

    Enrolling in Little Sprouts? Contact Leaves to confirm availability, complete the pre-admission visit, and receive space approval before using Sawyer. Review the Little Sprouts registration steps.

  2. Register classes in Sawyer

    Choose and register for classes in Sawyer. You will pay the initial material fees for those classes and sign basic agreements, including family policies and the Tuition Contract.

  3. Create your Alma Start account

    Use Alma Start to complete student onboarding. Provide addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts, important medical information, and the other details Leaves needs for each student.

  4. Set up tuition in FACTS

    Choose a tuition payment plan and securely add the payment information FACTS will use throughout the program year.

  5. Watch for access to Alma

    Leaves staff will move each student’s completed Alma Start information into Alma, our student information system. Once that setup is complete, parents can view schedules, and students receive accounts for schedules, the directory, grades, and classwork.

What to have ready

  • Your student’s class choices and preferred weekly schedule
  • Parent or guardian names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers
  • Emergency contacts and important medical information for each student
  • Your preferred tuition payment plan and payment information

Start with Sawyer

Sawyer is the registration portal for choosing classes, paying their initial material fees, and signing basic enrollment agreements.

Little Sprouts families: Do not register in Sawyer until Leaves has confirmed space after your pre-admission visit.

What happens next

After registering in Sawyer, create your Alma Start account and complete the onboarding forms, then sign up for FACTS to choose a tuition plan and add payment information. Leaves staff will contact you if anything needs clarification.
